Q: What areas do you currently ship to?

A: We currently ship to the lower 48 states. Under special circumstances, we will ship out of the lower 48.  Please email us for a shipping quote out of our normal shipping area.  We will ship to CANADA!

Q:  Can I purchase more than six (6) boxes?

A:  ABSOLUTELY!  Please email us with your request and zip code.  We will glady quote you, offering a discount for a Cereal volume purchase!

A:  You may purchase up to 24 boxes of G Washington Seasoning for the $10.85 flat rate shipping.  If you are interested in buying more than 24 boxes, please email us for a volume discount.

Q:  Can I purchase a t-shirt with my cereal or seasoning order?

A:  Yes!  We will include your t shirt order ($16.00 for shirt) with your product order and there are no additional shipping charges for the shirt.

Q: How long have you been in business?

A: We began operations in 2007 to accomodate those unable to find these products locally.  Homestat Farm sanctioned this partnership to assist their consumers.

Q:  Where does your product come from? 

A:  We ship directly from Homestat Farm's facility in OHIO.  You are receiving the same fresh batches that retail locations across the country receive.

We recommend that  these products are stored in a cool, dark, dry place to enhance shelf life.

Q: How can I be sure it is safe to purchase from your site?

A: We take security extremely seriously. We value your privacy so much so that we will not collect or save your account information. We rely on PayPal to securely handle all our transactions.

Q: Does that mean that I need to sign up with PayPal or have an account with them in order to purchase from your site?

A: No. You do not have to be a member nor do you have to sign up for any service to purchase from us. You may purchase any item on our site using the PayPal service as long as you have any major credit card or debit card with the Visa or MasterCard Logo.

Q: Do you accept other forms of payment?

A: We also accept Personal Checks, Money Orders and Cashier's Checks. In certain circumstances, we may hold shipments secured with a personal check until the payment clears.  Situations will vary.

Q: How fast will I receive my merchandise?

A: We ship everything flat rate US Postal Service except for special circumstances such as cereal purchases exceeding 6 boxes (please email us for specifics).  You may receive your order anywhere between 1 day and  3 days. Most orders ship the same day or the next working day.

 Q: What if I need more information on a certain product or have a questions about that product?

 A: You may email us any time at custserv@glenoakvalley.com for questions about any one of our products.  Our response time goal is a maxiumum of 24 hours.
